Evenings in the Rockies are always a special time, especially if you are fortunate enough to be in that magical location between forest and alpine tundra. On this particular evening I was able to watch the sun set with wonderful color and drama behind the Never Summer Mountains, the western border of Rocky Mountain National Park. Evenings like this take my breath away and keep me longing for more.
