This was one of those magical winter mornings following a snowstorm when all was calm and the snow clung to the trees and sides of the mountain. I skied up to this spot and just enjoyed this pre-dawn view of Flattop Mtn. A faint glow of color had begun on the peak while the stars were still out. Nearby a bird awoke and began its morning song. |
